q: how long until i receive my order?
typically any pre-created orders will be shipped within 3 - 5 days of order placement. items that are made to order can take up to 3 weeks to create, and will be shipped within 1-2 days of completion. each item in my shop notes whether the item is ready to ship or if it's made to order
should you need an item shipped by a specific deadline please contact me prior to ordering to work out your order
multiple items are shipped together for your convenience, should you order multiple items. made to order items will be created and all items will be shipped within 1 - 2 days after the completion of the item

q: how do i clean my patch?
since each patch is made with wool and wool blend felts, please be mindful of how often you clean the item the patch is attached to. when washing please soak in room temperature to cold water and hang dry the item to ensure longevity of the patch
gently spot clean the surface as needed, dry clean items for deep clean
q: how do i clean my planter?
to clean your planter get a damp paper towel or wash cloth and wipe the surface of the planter gently to avoid any damage

q: can i order a custom piece from you?
i'm more than happy to work with you on any custom order requests you might have! the best way to get started with a custom order will be to email me directly or use my contact page to tell me more about the kind of item you would like to order.
at this time i do have a limited amount of custom orders i am taking and i do update my shop page to reflect if i am not taking custom orders at that time. once you email or submit a form about your idea please allow up to 36 hours to receive a reply with follow up questions. quotes and turnaround times are outlined within the follow up email to ensure you are happy with your request
q: you're out of stock of the item i wanted! can i be notified of when it's back in stock?
i'm more than happy to let you know when an item is back on the shelves in my store. feel free to visit my restock form to let me know what you're keeping an eye out for and i'll follow up with you via email to let you know when it's back
q: how long until i hear a reply for my inquiry?
due to volume of orders please allow for up to 36 hours for a reply to any emails or direct request about items in my shop. i answer emails as quickly as they come in and appreciate your patience while i go through each request
